7/21/2008  Congratulations to Harry Foster for competing in his first triathlon this past weekend.  Harry participated in the Falmouth, MA Sprint Triathlon, coming in 10th in his category with a time of 1:08:48.  Great job on your first Harry.  There's no stopping you now!

Liz Dolby is still tearing up the links, this time with fiancee Tony Woneski as a partner in the Crumpin Fox Couples Championship this past Saturday.  Liz and Tony broke a first place tie with a match of cards to win the championship.

Liz practices what she preaches in working with many TBS members including Tony, in our Pro-Fit workshops with Crumpin Fox Golf Pro Mike Zaranek.

 

 

 

7/20/2008  And yet another noteworty event by Body Shoppers Brian Wadman and Bob Sagor.  These two TBS'ers competed in the Lake Placid Ironman today.  We just watched them cross the line a few minutes ago.   Awesome job by both, on what is a truly, truly mind boggling event to participate in.  2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike ride followed by a 26.2 mile run.  These guys have been training for months for this event and it paid off.  To see their results, follow this link:   Sagor/Wadman: Lake Placid  Congratulations to the both of you!

July 4th, 2008.  Congratulations to:  Bob Sagor;  Janice Bohonowicz and Jeanette Voas for winning their age groups in the Brattleboro FireCracker 4 miler this year.   It's an annual event where many of us bike up to Brattleboro, run the event and bike home again so the wins by Janice and Bob are even more meaningful as they did the bike legs as well.  Great job by all.
