Belly Dancing with Shali, is on hold for the summer.  Stay tuned as it will surely start up in the fall.
We are excited to be able to offer Belly Dancing at TBS.  Shali Sanders, our instructor comes to us with a wonderful background in Belly Dancing and is eager to share with others.
 
How does Belly Dancing affect your fitness in a positive way.....
The bellydance will retrain and re-sculpt the body.  The moves and conditioning provide isolation techniques, endurance training, cardiovascular improvement and total muscular enhancement, in addition to promoting grace, fluidity and self-awareness.
 
Did we mention fun?   Shali and the girls have a wonderful time in these classes.  I have heard from many, first hand and they have all had a blast.  The class consists of girls and women from their teens to their sixties.  A great mix with everyone looking to have fun and improve their level of health and fitness.  Take the series or drop in anytime to take a single class.  All are welcome.
