CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

STEP:  A cardio workout using height adjustable platforms

HI-LO:  A cardio workout using low-impact and or power moves

STRENGTH:  A muscular strength and endurance workout using free weights; resistance bands and or physio balls 
BOSU PLUS:  A total body conditioning workout focusing on CORE strength and stability using an unstable surface.  Tools of the class: Dumbells; bands; medicine balls; steps and your own body weight.

CIRCUIT:  Intervals of cardio, strength training and CORE

CORE:  A conditioning workout that focuses on core strength and stability.

LEVEL 1 CIRCUIT:  An entry level lower intensity class focusing on cardio and strength training

LEVEL 1 FITNESS: An entry level lower intensity class focusing on strength, flexibility and stability

DOUBLE STEP/DOUBLE L STEP:  A step workout using 2 platforms

20/20/20  A fitness class consisting of three 20- minute segments of step, hi-lo, strength training.

SPINNING:  A 45 minute indoor cycling class with music, appropriate for all levels

SPINERVALS:  Winter time training for cyclists.  These classes are group classes done to Spinerval DVD's using your own bike and your own trainer.  Great fun and a great workout.

BELLY DANCING:  A Middle Eastern dance program that retrains and resculpts the body.

YOGA:  A treat for your body.  Stretching, breathing, poses and a wonderful way to become more flexible.
